Saturday’s Schedule

7:30am                        Band room doors open for Cheval.

7:35am                        Load tarp/equipment. Wear your warm-ups/EL shirt. Gather uniform/belongings/FOOD!!

7:50am                        Depart East Lincoln. Bring snack food for all day.

11:30am          Arrive at Cleveland High School.  Cheval watches a few groups perform, then straight into make-up, dress, and stretching. (If the weather’s pretty, tossing outside.)

1:30pm                        Official warm-up Time

1:56pm                        PERFORM!!!!!!

2:15pm            Refold tarp. Equipment into bags. Change into warm-ups; EL shirts. Our score is posted!!

Lunch. You MUST eat. (Finals will be determined.)

3:00pm            Competition begins. (Must be present for Caitlin’s group, Scholastic Open and Independent World Guards. If you want to use some time to explore the booths, you may during Lunch and the Ind. A groups- just not Caitlin’s.)

4:15pm            Gather to make plans for the evening. Dinner. Hopefully, preparing for Finals…

7:00pm            Finals begins

10:35pm          Awards

2:30am            Return time is TBA. All performers will call home with an approx. arrival time by 11:30pm. Driving parents can make the decisions as to where to stop for food and bathroom breaks along the route home, but All performers should contact Mrs. Stamey upon arrival at East Lincoln High School/home.

Reminder: The Parade is Sunday, January 20th, not the 21st as previously planned.

Please meet at the 5th 3rd Bank in Downtown Lincolnton at 2:15. The bandroom will be open from 12:00 to 1:00 for students to get uniforms and instruments if they have not already gotten them.
